*All items MUST be grown by vendors or a vendor employee

• Food products MUST be packaged, bottled and/or sealed

Vendor Information

• Festival is held Rain or Shine
• In the event of rain or soggy fields no cars.
• Vendor setup 6:30-9:00am Saturday & Sunday
• Early setup, Friday 10am-5pm (firm)
• No vehicles on field from 9:30am-5pm
• Booth sizes are 10' x 10'
• Receptacle on-site for trash disposal - $50 fine if trash is left in booth after event closes
• Security provided Friday & Saturday nights
• Regretfully, pets are no longer allowed
• No smoking in or around booths
• Booths assigned on first come, first serve basis

Vendor Guidelines

• Vendors provide own setup equipment, including tent weights
• Vendors are NOT permitted to sell or solicit outside their booth
• Vendors remain on-site until 5pm on Sunday
• Booths must be staffed from 10am-5pm on Saturday & Sunday
• Vehicles MUST be off field by 9am each day
• $100 late fee assigned if postmarked after 05/29/2018
