For credit card payments or expedited service of certified copies, vital records can now be purchased online for a small additional fee. Please specify TYPE OF RECORD you are requesting, DATE OF VITAL EVENT and NAME OR NAMES as they appear on the vital record. (i.e: If requesting a birth certificate, please use maiden name) Your record will be sent via first class mail within one business day. The fee for online requests is $12.00 each record, which includes a $2.00 online service fee. If more than one record is needed, be sure to change the quantity and list any additional information in the comments box.
