               SEPTEMBER 13, 2000 @ 7:30 p.m.
                              
  Present: Gale Wisher, Melissa Perrott and Bill Barney.
  
  Excused:  Ron Alderman, Edith Prandini, Bill Congdon and Kevin Goodhue.
  
  Also present: Mike von Ouhl, Dana Woods, Ellis Winslow, James Foster, Joann
  Foster, Diane Binnick, Daniel Barber, and Robyn Baker.  
  
  Ms. Wisher called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
  
  As there was not a quorum present to conduct a hearing, Bill Barney moved and
  Melissa Perrott seconded the continuance of both matters until September 27, 2000.
  
  Diane Binnick requested that the reconsideration of the Hillside Street matter be
  put on the next agenda. 
  
  The meeting was adjourned at 7:36 P.M.
