The Board voted to enter executive session for personnel review at 7:44 pm.
The Board came out of executive session at 8:04 pm. 
On a motion by J. Morrissey, seconded by S. Brush, the Board voted unanimously to appoint the following people to the Police Chief interview panel: Jim Baker, Mike Brady, Bill Bryan, and Gary Forrest. Select Board members who will sit on the panel are S. Brush and J. Zink.
The meeting adjourned at 8:06 pm.
