                         April 26, 2010
The Board voted to enter executive session for personnel review at 7:37 pm.
The Board came out of executive session at 8:20 pm. 
For the Housing Authority, on a motion by M. Maroney, seconded by J. Morrissey, the Board voted unanimously to appoint Jonathan Ryan  to a term ending March 2015, and Brian Campion to a term ending March 2013.
For the Planning Commission, on a motion by S. Brush, seconded by C. Oldham, the Board voted unanimously to appoint Donald Campbell to a term ending May 2014.
For the Development Review Board, on a motion by S.Brush, seconded by M. Maroney, the Board voted unanimously to appoint Michael Harrington and Dan Malmberg to terms ending May 2013 as full members, and voted unanimously to appoint Charles Kokoras to a term ending May 2012 as an alternate and Milt Surdam reappointed to a term ending 2013 as an alternate.
For the Board of Listers, on a motion by S. Brush, seconded by J. Zink, the Board voted unanimously to reappoint Shirley Archibald and James Carroll to terms ending March 2012.
The meeting adjourned at 8:22 pm.
