Minutes Addendum
                          Select Board
                         April 14, 2008
The Select Board voted to enter Executive Session to consider personnel in the  appointments for Boards and Commissions at 8:32 p.m.
The Select Board came out of Executive Session at 8:40 p.m. and took the following actions:
For Regional Planning Commission, on a motion by S. Brush, seconded by J.Krawczyk, Dan Monks was reappointed to a two year term by unanimous vote.
For the Planning Commission, on a motion by J. Morrissey, seconded by J. Zink, Barry Horst was unanimously reappointed to a five year term. 
For Town Service Officer, on a motion by S. Brush, seconded by J. Zink, Kendy Skidmore was unanimously reappointed for a one year term.
For the Board of Listers, on a motion by S. Brush, seconded by J. Krawczyk, the Board voted unanimously to reappoint Shirley Archibald and Jim Carroll to two year terms.
Interviews will be scheduled for the remaining appointments.
The Board  voted to adjourn at 8:42 p.m.
