                            MINUTES
Present:  Barry Horst - Chair, Charles Copp, Mike McDonnough
Also Present   Dan Monks - Zoning Administrator, Jim Sullivan - BCRC, Tordis Ilg Isselhardt,                Mike Devins
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
     
Public Hearing - Re-adoption of current Town Plan - The Planning Commission explained that it was submitting the existing Town Plan to the Select Board for re-adoption to allow time for the Planning Commission and Select Board to conduct public hearings regarding the proposed revised Town Plan.  Charles Copp moved and Mike McDonough seconded to submit the existing Town Plan to the Select Board for re-adoption.  The motion passed unanimously.
Set Date for Public Hearing re: Revised Town Plan - By consensus, the Planning Commission agreed to tentatively schedule the Public Hearing regarding the revised Town Plan for June 29, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fire Facility.
Other Business - The Planning Commission reviewed a written proposal by CVPS to replace the electrical conductor on its Bennington-Searsburg transmission line with a larger wire.  By consensus, the Planning Commission agreed that they had no negative comments regarding the proposal.
The Planning Commission scheduled their next meeting for May 25, 2005 at
