                            MINUTES
Present:  Barry Horst - Chair, Charles Copp, Mike McDonough, Sharon Yorke
Also Present   Dan Monks - Zoning Administrator, Jim Sullivan, BCRC
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Town Plan Update - Review of Proposed Revisions - Transportation Section - The Planning Commission discussed the proposed revised Community Facilities and Services Section and the Energy Section of the Town Plan.  Many minor changes were suggested.  Jim Sullivan will make the changes and submit revised Sections in the future.           
Other Business
The Planning Commission directed the Planning Director to send a letter to the owner of the BenMar property (former Johnson Controls) acknowledging receipt of the owner's request to re-zone the property from Industrial to Planned Commercial.  
The Planning Commission preliminarily determined that no changes to the existing zoning map would be made.  
The minutes of March 2nd and March 9th were approved by a unanimous vote of the Planning Commission.
It was noted that the terms of Charles Copp and Mike McDonnough expire in May of 2005.
The meeting was adjourned.
