                            MINUTES
Present:  Barry Horst - Chair, Charles Copp, Mike McDonough
Also Present   Dan Monks - Zoning Administrator, Jim Sullivan, BCRC
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Town Plan Update - Review of Proposed Revisions - Transportation Section - The Planning Commission discussed the proposed revised Transportation Section of the Town Plan.  Many minor changes were suggested.  Jim Sullivan will make the changes and submit a revised Transportation Section in the future.        
Other Business - The Planning Commission reviewed a revised draft of a column for the Bennington Banner regarding the Planning Commission's support of the Large Scale Retail Bylaw.  The Planning Commission suggested some minor changes.  The Planning Director will revise the draft column and submit it to the Bennington Banner for publication.
The meeting was adjourned.
