                            MINUTES
Present:  Barry Horst - Chair, Charles Copp, Bob Burgess
Also Present   Dan Monks - Zoning Administrator, Jim Sullivan, BCRC
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Town Plan Update - Review of Proposed Revisions - Housing - The Planning Commission discussed the proposed revised Housing Section of the Town Plan.  Many minor changes were suggested.  Jim Sullivan will make the changes and submit a revised Housing Section in the future.        
Town Plan Update Schedule- The Planning Commission set the following tentative schedule for reviewing draft revised sections of the Town Plan:
     March 9th -    Transportation Section
     March 16th -   Community Facilities and Services
     March 23rd-    Energy Section
The Planning Commission will review changes to Chapter 117 with Jim Sullivan on March 30th.
Other Business - The Planning Commission discussed with Bob Burgess his continued attendance on the BCRC's Transportation Advisory Committee meetings. 
The Planning Commission directed the Planning Director to draft a column for the Bennington Banner regarding the Planning Commission's support for the Large Scale Retail Bylaw.  The Planning Commission will review the draft column at the next meeting.
