Present:  Barry Horst - Chair, Michael McDonough, Sharon Yorke, Charles Copp,
Also Present   Dan Monks - Zoning Administrator, Jim Sullivan - BCRC, Charles Putney, Linda                Putney, Bruce Lehrmon, Terry Eubanks, Reed Goossen
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Town Plan Update - Public Input Re: Community Facilities and Services, Recreation, Education, Energy Plan- Linda Putney reiterated many of the points contained in the Energy Committees previously submitted written comments to the Planning Commission.
     The Planning Commission discusses with Jim Sullivan proposed changes to the Community Facilities and Services, Recreation, Education and Energy sections of the Town Plan.
Minutes- Charles Copp  moved that the minutes for the previous meetings in November, December and January be approved. Mike McDonough seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
               
The meeting was adjourned.
