Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Public Hearing re: Proposeed Changes to Urban Mixed Use District Regulations - The Planning Director summarized the proposed changes to the UMU District and explained that, pursuant to State Statute all changes for the UMU District must be in compliance with the Town Plan.  (See attached documents). 
The citizens that committed indicated strong support for allowing retail throughout the UMU District.  There were mixed opinions regarding the proposed building standards for the UMU District.  Many citizens expressed concern about the two story minimum.  Some suggested that the minimum be 20 ft., instead of two stories. 
The Planning Commission made no decision regarding whether or not to submit the proposed changes to the Select Board. 
The meeting was adjourned.
