Present:  Barry Horst - Chair, Michael McDonough, Sharon Yorke, Charles Copp
Also Present   Dan Monks - Zoning Administrator, Jim Sullivan - BCRC 
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Town Plan Update- Public Input - Re: General Planning Goals, Background Information and Format - The Planning Commission reviewed the current format of the Town Plan and suggested changes to Jim Sullivan.  The Planning Commission also reviewed the current General Planning goals and suggested changes. Jim Sullivan will prepare changes to Sections 1-3 of the Town Plan for review at the November 10, 2004 Planning Commission meeting.
UMU District - Resolution to Hold Public Hearing - Charles Copp moved that the Planning Commission sign a resolution to hold a public hearing regarding proposed changes to the regulations for the UMU District on November 17, 2004.  Mike McDonough seconded the motion.  The motion passed unanimously.
Vermont Composites  - VEDA Financing Resolution - Charles Copp made a motion to sign a resolution stating that Vermont Composites' proposed use of the Bijur building is in compliance with the Town Plan.  Sharon Yorke seconded the motion.  The motion passed unanimously.
