Present:  Barry Horst - Chair, Michael McDonough, Charles Copp
Also Present   Dan Monks - Zoning Administrator, Andrew Sparta, Brian Toomey, Mike Doogle 
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
UMU District - The Planning Commission reviewed the latest draft of the proposed changes to the UMU District regulations.  The Planning Commission tentatively scheduled a Public Hearing for November 17, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. for the proposed UMU Regulations. 
Town Plan Update Project - The Planning Commission developed a preliminary schedule for the Town Plan Update Public Meetings. 
Tree Ordinance - The Planning Commission, by consensus, agreed not to prepare a Tree Ordinance.
Harwood Hill - Three business owners for Harwood Hill, Brian Toomey, Andrew Sparta and Mike Doogle, discussed possible use changes on Harwood Hill.
Project Update - The Planning Director updated the Planning Commission on the following ongoing projects/issues: 279 Signs, Airport Study, Route 67A/7A Access Management Study, Scenic Resources Inventory.
