          Present:  Barry Horst - Chair, Bob Burgess - Clerk, Michael McDonough, Sharon Yorke
               Also Present   Dan Monks - Zoning Administrator,
          Jim Sullivan - BCRC
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Large Scale Retail Proposed Bylaw - Planning Commission Report
Bob Burgess moved that the Planning Commission approve the report regarding the proposed Large Scale Retail Bylaw prepared in accordance with State Statute (See attached).
Charles Copp seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously.
Proposed Revised Sign Ordinance
Jim Sullivan discussed the changes he made to the Sign Ordinance based on comments previously made by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission suggested additional changes.  Jim will further revise the Ordinance and deliver it to the Planning Commission in a few weeks.   
Other Business
Barry Horst related to the Planning Commission information regarding a meeting he attended on the update to the National Forest Plan.  He suggested that the Planning Commission should submit comments soon to the Forest Service.
Jim Sullivan updated the Commission on the status of the Silk Road roundabout project and the Cost/Benefit Analysis regarding the Airport Runway Extension that BCRC has been tasked to oversee.
