                      Members Present:    Barry Horst - Chair, Bob Burgess - Clerk, Michael McDonough, 
                 Charles Copp
                      Also Present        Dan Monks - Zoning Administrator, Mr. and Mrs. Watson - Citizens
  The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
  Meeting Schedule
            The Planning Commission scheduled its next meeting for June 6 at 5:00 p.m.  
  Electric Transmission Line Relocation - Bennington New Highway - Chapel Road Area -   Meeting with VELCO and CVPS
            Bob Burgess moved and Charles Copp seconded that the Planning Commission table this        matter until further information from AOT & VELCO/CVPS is submitted to the Select        Board and Planning Commission.
       The motion passed unanimously.
  Zoning Bylaw Revision Project - Review of Proposed Changes to Article 3
            The Planning Commission discussed proposed changes to Article 3
  Other Business:
            By consensus, the Planning Commission members agreed that the outside display of        merchandise in parking lots is not appropriate unless specifically approved as part of a site        plan reviewed by the Development Review Board.
  The meeting was adjourned.
