                      Members Present:    Barry Horst - Chair, Bob Burgess - Clerk,

                 Also Present:  Dan Monks, Zoning Administrator                            
                 
  The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.
  Minutes
            Bob Burgess a motion to accept the minutes as printed.
            Mike McDonough seconded the motion.
            The motion passed unanimously.
  MAU Middle School -ACT-250 Hearings - Discussion -
  re: Planning Commission Testimony
            After a lengthily discussion, the Planning Commission determined not to offer        testimony at ACT 250 hearing regarding the Middle School projects'        compliance with the Town Plan. 
  Zoning Bylaw Revision Project - Review of Proposed Changes to Article 3
            The Planning Commission discussed proposed changes to the commercial        overlay. 
  The meeting was adjourned.
