               Michael McDonough, Sharon Yorke
                    Also Present:       Dan Monks - Zoning Administrator
               Chuck Putney - Citizen

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Minutes
          Bob Burgess moved that the minutes for the February 15, 2002 Planning Commission      meeting be approved as presented.
          Sharon Yorke seconded the motion.
          The motion passed unanimously.
          Sharon Yorke moved that the minutes for the February 14, 2002 Planning Commission      meeting be approved as presented.
          Bob Burgess seconded the motion.
          The motion passed unanimously.
Airport Runway Extension Proposal
          The Planning Commission discussed the proposed runway extension at length.  The      attached letter to the Select Board reflects the conclusions of the Planning Commission      regarding the proposed extension.
The meeting was adjourned.
