                      Members Present:    Barry Horst - Chair, Bob Burgess - Clerk, 
                 Michael McDonough, Sharon Yorke, Michael Lochner
                 Also Present:  Dan Monks, Zoning Administrator                            
                 
  The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
  Minutes
            Bob Burgess moved that the minutes be approved as printed.
            Sharon Yorke seconded the motion
       The motion passed unanimously.
  Airport Runway Extension Proposal
            The Planning Commission discussed the format for the Public Hearing        scheduled for February 27, 2002.  The Agency of Transportation will be given        approximately 30 minutes to present the proposal followed by questions from        the public.
  Zoning Bylaw Revision Project
            The Planning Commission discussed Article III, Planned Commercial Industrial        District, of the proposed Zoning Bylaw revision.
  The meeting was adjourned.
