  The meeting was called to order at 10:15 a.m.
  Zoning Bylaw Revision Project
            The Planning Commission discussed Article III, Planned Commercial Industrial        District, of the proposed Zoning Bylaw revision.
            Dave Newell expressed his support for restrictions on gas stations and a cap on        the square footage of "Big Box" retailers.  
            The specific issue of a square footage cap on "Big Box" retailers was        postponed.
