                           MINUTES
                       December 4, 2001

          205 South Street, Bennington, Vermont 05201                      Members Present:    Barry Horst - Chair, Bob Burgess - Clerk, 
                 Michael McDonough, Michael Lochner, Sharon Yorke
                      Also Present:       Dan Monks, Zoning Administrator                            
                                
  The meeting was called to order at 5:20 p.m.
  Other Business:
       Storage Trailer Issue 
            The Zoning Administrator submitted to the Planning Commission a memorandum        regarding storage trailers for the Commission's review and approval.  The        memorandum was addressed to the Select Board and recommended that the Select        Board support ongoing enforcement efforts to remove storage trailers. 
            Mike Lochner moved that the chair sign the memorandum
       Bob Burgess seconded the motion.
            The motion passed unanimously.
  Zoning Bylaw Revision Project
            The Planning Commission discussed Article III, Central Business District, of the        proposed Zoning Bylaw revisions.
            
  The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
