                       November 6, 2001

                      Members Present:    Barry Horst - Chair, Bob Burgess - Clerk, 
                 Michael McDonough, Sharon Yorke, Michael Lochner
                      Also Present:       Dan Monks, Zoning Administrator,
                 
  The meeting was called to order at 5:25 p.m.
  Northside Drive Traffic Issues
            The Planning Commission members reviewed a memorandum prepared by the Chair        and the Zoning Administrator regarding an update to the Select Board of the Planning        Commission's efforts in connection with Northside Drive traffic issues. 
            The members approved the memorandum and requested that the Zoning Administrator        forward it to the Select Board.
  Zoning Bylaw Revision Project 
            The Planning Commission reviewed a draft, prepared by Burnt Rock Inc., of Article        IX, Administration and Enforcement, of the proposed, revised Zoning Bylaw.         Planning Commission comments will be forwarded to Burnt Rock Inc.  
  The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
