                      Members Present:    Barry Horst - Chair, Bob Burgess - Clerk, 
                 Michael McDonough, Sharon Yorke
                      Also Present:       Dan Monks, Zoning Administrator,
                 
  The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
  Zoning Bylaw Revision Project - Technical Review
            The Planning Commission continued its discussion of the Technical Review. 
  Other Business -
            The Planning Commission scheduled a conference call with Burnt Rock, Inc. , the        consulting firm developing changes to the Bylaw, for August 23, 2001 at 3:30 p.m. to        discuss the upcoming public forum regarding the Bylaw Revision Project.
            The proposed sale of Town-owned forest lands was discussed. The Planning        Commission determined that the issue should be discussed at its next regular meeting.
  The meeting was adjourned 6:50 p.m.
