                   September 3, 2008 MINUTES
MEMBERS PRESENT: Meg Campbell, Anne Bugbee, Laura Gresh, Jeff Goldstone and Scott Murphy.
1. August 20, 2008 Minutes
Approved as presented.
2. DRB - Sign Permit Application - 407 Main Street, Olin Scott Fund/Chittenden Bank
Sign application was approved as presented.
3. CLG Next Round - 
The next CLG round will be late October or early November.    Scott will notify HPC when he has an exact date. Following are a few ideas for the next CLG Round: Real Estate Workshop and signage for Memorial Park. 
Anne and Scott will continue looking into signage for Memorial Park.
4. Website Final Discussion -
Meg had emailed HPC members various websites around town that HPC's website could be linked to, she requested everyone take a look and offer any thoughts at the meeting.  Everyone felt that the links made sense.  Meg will talk with BBC about the links and also touch base with Sadelle on setting up the links.  Scott typed a draft Press Release and forwarded it to Meg regarding the HPC website. 
5. Community Meeting Updates-     
Scott noted that the DRB approved Plasan to use the Hernandez building located at 811 US Route 7 South.  They will be using this building for Research & Development only.
6. Other Preservation Issues - 
Laura will update HPC with any Real Estate Training information she receives.
