MEMBERS PRESENT: John Dostal,  Meg Campbell, Laura Gresh, and Scott Murphy.
MEMBERS EXCUSED: Victor Rolando, and Tordis Ilg Isselhardt, Anne Bugbee
1. Minutes of April 26, 2006
Minutes were unanimously approved.   
     
2. CLG Grant Application Update
     Bennington's CLG grant application was approved on Friday May 12th for the requested      $1045 with matching funds of $698 for a total project cost of $1,743. This grant will      allow HPC to print and distribute approximately 150 copies of the recently updated       " Time and Place: A handbook for the Central Bennington Historic District". Laura has      two of the three required bids for the printing and will have the third bid shortly.
2. DRB

3. "Time & Place" Mailing
Laura will obtain three quotes for the printing of Time & Place.  It was suggested at the next HPC meeting a letter be discussed and drafted to mail to the realtors in Bennington.
 
Meg will make mention of  "Time & Place" in the next Preservation Newsletter, the price will be $15.00 which include postage.
