1.   Minutes of February 8
There were not enough HPC members at the meeting to act on the minutes of February 8, 2006.
2.   DRB
Paula's Weaving - 126 Washington Avenue
HPC approved the signage presented, subject to the square footage that is required.  Unanimous.
3.   Time & Place Handbook Update
Print Quik printed 36 copies of Time & Place, Scott distributed Time & Place to HPC members in attendance.  Time & Place will also be distributed to DRB members.
