Three bids for printing were received with Print Quick of Bennington awarded the job. 3. Bennington Area Preservation Roundtable discussion Three years ago HPC met with local groups dedicated to the Preservation of Bennington's Historical, Architectural, Cultural, and Archaeological Resources. Meg suggested we have another meeting in a month or so and invite these organizations to share past successes and upcoming plans. Antognioni will gather the list of names and addresses for the next HPC meeting. 4. Other Preservation Issues Murphy noted that the Barn behind Faller's Music is being used for storage. Previously HPC questioned the status of the Pathway Project, and also what the role if any does HPC have in regard to this project. Murphy noted that the Pathway Project is still in the beginning stages and once the plans are more in place he would ask Dan Monks update HPC. Campbell noted that Chris Cochran from the Historic Preservation Division is planning to meet with the DRB for a discussion on siding and new materials, the meeting is scheduled for March 21, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. Campbell noted that she had met with Dan Monks and that the DRB will be adding verbiage to the Land Use and Development Regulations in regard to the use of paint colors in the downtown design review district and how they correspond to the entire streetscape. The DRB will forward the verbiage to HPC for comment at an advisory level before adding to the LUDR. Other Preservation Issues In response to Isselhardt's concern that the barn behind Faller's Music might be an At Risk Structure, Murphy noted that the Barn behind Faller's Music is being used for storage. When the Town is planning projects, Isselhardt asked if HPC can be asked for advise and comment in the early stages?
