MEMBERS PRESENT: Anne Bugbee, Victor Rolando, John Dostal and Scott Murphy, Tordis      Ilg Isselhardt.

1.   Minutes of January 11, 2006
Dostal moved and Bugbee seconded the minutes of January 11, 2006 be approved as presented.  
2.   Time & Place Handbook Update
Beth forwarded changes to Michael Allen along with the Style Guide changes from Anne.  Michael will make changes and forward onto Beth for final approval from HPC.
3.   Goals & Objectives  
HPC tabled the discussion as Meg was unavailable.
4.   Other Preservation Issues
Scott will provide information at the next meeting for the following updates at the next HPC meeting:  The status of the Barn behind Fallers Music, and an update on the bike path meetings that have taken place.
