1.   DRB

HPC approved the building renovation application as presented.  Unanimous
Cormier - 204 Union Street
HPC approved the sign permit application as presented.  Unanimous
2.   Minutes of December 7, 2005
Bugbee moved and Dostal seconded the minutes of December 7, 2005 be approved as presented.   
3.   Time & Place Handbook Update
Commission members will go through changes that Michael Allen has made and forward any changes to Beth no later than Friday, January 13, 2006.  Anne provided Beth with photos for the Style Guide section that will also be forwarded onto Michael, and Meg will provide Michael with a picture of an Adirondack Cottage.  Campbell requested that Michael include the list of resources at the end.  
4.   Goals & Objectives  
For future discussion, Campbell suggested we look at what HPC's role is.   At the next meeting, Scott will provide any documentation regarding the role of HPC.
5.   Other Preservation Issues
Laura Gresh has shown interest in becoming an HPC member, Scott will look into how many members HPC can have and get back to commission members at the next meeting.
