                               MINUTES
MEMBERS PRESENT: Sharon Yorke, Meg Campbell, Anne Bugbee, Tordis Ilg Isselhardt,      Victor Rolando and Scott Murphy. 
ALSO PRESENT: Michael Allen
MEMBERS EXCUSED: John Dostal
1. Time & Place Handbook Update
Michael Allen gave a brief update on the handbook....he was unable to obtain about 80 pictures off his memory card from his camera that he had taken previously, he will come back in a few days to take more pictures.  Dostal will mail the cover image to Michael.  
2.   Minutes of November 9, 2005 
Bubgee moved and Isselhardt seconded the minutes of November 9, 2005 be approved as presented.
3.   DRB
Murphy noted that two letters were sent to Banknorth, one from the Town's Code Enforcement Office and one from HPC.  We do expect a change in the sign within the next week.

5. Other Preservation Issues
Rolando distributed a draft of his letter to Duncan Wilkie for review, Commission members should review and bring comments to next meeting.
Isselhardt will look into continuing education for Realtors by gathering information.
