                               MINUTES
MEMBERS PRESENT: Anne Bugbee,  Meg Campbell, John Dostal, Tordis Ilg Isselhardt, and
Scott Murphy.
ALSO PRESENT: Bobby Austin, and Pastor Lee Williams - North Bennington Mission (Old Stone Church). 
1.   Minutes of May 25, 2005
                                                       
Minutes of May 25, 2005 were approved as presented. Passed unanimously.
2.   National Register Nomination - Bennington High School
Campbell will take changes and recommendations that were made and review at next meeting.
3.   Old Stone Church 
Bobby Austin and Pastor Lee Williams from the North Bennington Mission (Old Stone Church) met with HPC and noted the following:
•    The property was transferred to the Green Mountain Baptist Association on March 3, 2005.
•    Plan on having the Parsonage renovated by the end of July.
•    Next step - restore and renovate the Church.
4.   CLG - RFP
Murphy will make changes to the RFP and mail out as soon as practical.  August 3, 2005 is the date the RFP's are due.  There will be a separate meeting to evaluate and score the RPF's on August 3, 2005. 
5.   Other Preservation Issues
Antognioni and Murphy will not be in attendance at the June 29, 2005 meeting.  Campbell will invite Barbara Ackerman to the June 29, 2005 meeting and make a presentation to the commission.
