BENNINGTON HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION

                               MINUTES
MEMBERS PRESENT:    John Dostal, Anne Bugbee, Tordis Ilg Isselhardt, Sharon Yorke, David                     Aldrich,  and Bill Colvin
1.   Minutes of September 29, 2004
Bugbee moved, Aldrich seconded the Minutes of September 29, 2004 be approved as presented.  
2.   DRB 
There were no DRB projects to review.  It was suggested that in the future, HPC representative(s) should attend the  ARP meeting for projects that come to HPC for review.
3.   CLG Project
HPC reviewed the changes Michael Allen had made, Colvin noted the changes and will forward to Michael Allen.
4.   Other Preservation Issues
The following suggestions were made:
•    Reminder to include Historic Preservation Conference back on the Agenda.
•    In the future, it was suggested that HPC need to educate Realtors on Historic Homes      etc.
•    In the future it was mentioned that we invite the new Chamber Director to an HPC      meeting and also to the Historic Preservation Conference, it was also suggested that      we invite the Director of Park McCullough House as well.
•    Yorke noted that the Planning Commission is currently working on updating the Town      Plan.
