MINUTES

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Charles Copp, Chair; Barry Hörst, Vice Chair; Bill Barney; Ron Alderman, and Al Ray.

NOT PRESENT: Michael von Ouhl and Richard Owens. 

ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBER NOT PRESENT: Gene Rowley. 

OTHERS PRESENT:  Dan Monks, Zoning Administrator; and Robyn Baker, Recording Secretary.

Copp called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. 

1. Minutes of July 3, 2007.

Hörst moved and Barney seconded approval of the minutes of July 3, 2007 as presented. The motion carried. Ray abstained. 

2. Interested Persons - Appeal Rights - Reading of witness' oath
Monks read the appeal rights and witness oath.

3. Disclosure of Ex parte Communications and Conflicts of Interest
Ray excused himself from the hearing. 

4. Alternates - Voting Assignments
The Board members present were all voting. 

5. Vermont Agency of Transportation Robert Waldorf, Bennington State Airport, Walloomsac Road, the applicant is seeking development plan approval for a 60' x 64' airplane hanger at the Bennington Airport. This application was preliminarily reviewed by the Application Review Panel. 
 
Hörst reported that the Application Review Panel reviewed this matter and recommends approval. 

Hörst moved approval as presented. Ray seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

5. Other Business

As there was no other business, Ray moved to adjourn at 7:02. Hörst seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
