MARCH 21, 2006


BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Barry Horst-Vice Chairman; Michael vonOuhl; Bill Barney; Randy Maxon; Albert Ray; and Charles Copp; and Ron Alderman.  

ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Eugene Rowley.

OTHERS PRESENT:  Dan Monks-Planning Administrator

1. MINUTES OF MARCH 7, 2006
	Charles Copp moved and Eugene Rowley seconded to approve the Minutes of March 7, 2006 as written.
		The motion carried unanimously.  

2.  INTERESTED PERSONS - APPEAL RIGHTS & READING OF WITNESS OATH
	Dan Monks read the Appeal rights and Witness Oath.

3.  DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
	None.

4.  ALTERNATE VOTING ASSIGNMENTS
	All members voting.  

5.  GAMERS GROTTO, 337 MAIN STREET
	Review of sign design.  Barry Horst stated the Application Review Panel and the HPC had no problems and recommend approval.
	 Ron Alderman moved and Bill Barney seconded approval for Gamers Grotto, 337 Main Street, review of sign design.
		The motion carried unanimously.   

6.  REED'S TAXI, 190 NORTH STREET
	Review of sign design.  Barry Horst stated the Application Review Panel and the HPC recommend approval.
	Eugene Rowley moved and Charles Copp seconded to approve Reed's Taxi, 190 North Street, review of sign design.
		The motion carried unanimously.



7.  HISTORIC PRESERVATION - PRESENTATION
	Renovation of Building Exteriors  

8.  OTHER BUSINESS
	No new business.  
	

	At 7:45 p.m. the Board made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
The motion carried unanimously.
