BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Michael Brady-Chair; Barry Horst-Vice Chairman; Charles Copp; Bill Barney; Albert Ray; Michael vonOuhl; and Randy Maxon.

ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Richard Owens.

OTHERS PRESENT:  Dan Monks-Planning Administrator; Paula LaPorte; Dave Mance; and Recording Secretary, Christa LeBlanc

1. MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 21, 2006
	Barry Horst moved and Richard Owens seconded to approve the Minutes of February 21, 2006 as written.
		The motion carried unanimously with Bill Barney and Randy Maxon abstaining.

2.  INTERESTED PERSONS - APPEAL RIGHTS & READING OF WITNESS OATH
	Dan Monks read the Appeal rights and Witness Oath.

3.  DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
	None.

4.  ALTERNATE VOTING ASSIGNMENTS
	All members voting.  

5.  PAULA LAPORTE, 126 WASHINGTON AVENUE
	Review of sign design.  
	 Michael vonOuhl moved and Charles Copp seconded approval for Paula LaPorte, 126 Washington Avenue, review of sign design.	
		The motion carried unanimously.   

6.  LAUZON MACHINE & ENGINEERING, 757 MAIN STREET
	Review of two lot subdivision plan.
	Barry Horst moved and Charles Copp seconded to approve Lauzon Machine & Engineering, 757 Main Street, review of two lot subdivision plan.
		The motion carried unanimously.




7.  OTHER BUSINESS
	No new business.  
	

	At 7:08 p.m. Richard Owens moved and Barry Horst seconded approval to adjourn the meeting.  			
The motion carried unanimously.
