FEBRUARY 7, 2006


BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Michael Brady-Chair; Barry Horst-Vice Chairman; Albert Ray; Charles Copp; Ron Alderman; Michael vonOuhl; Randy Maxon; and Bill Barney.

ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Eugene Rowley.

OTHERS PRESENT:  Dan Monks-Planning Administrator; Jim Secor; and Recording Secretary, Christa LeBlanc

1. MINUTES OF JANUARY 17, 2006
	Eugene Rowley moved and Barry Horst seconded to approve the Minutes of January 17, 2006 as written.
		The motion carried unanimously.

2.  INTERESTED PERSONS - APPEAL RIGHTS & READING OF WITNESS OATH
	Dan Monks read the Appeal rights and Witness Oath.

3.  DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
	None.

4.  ALTERNATE VOTING ASSIGNMENTS
	Eugene Rowley present.  

5.  WRITTEN FINDINGS
	Aldi, Inc., 10 Kocher Drive  
	 The Board authorized the Chair to sign the above Written Findings.   

6.  FAUNA DEVELOPMENT LLC, 1726 HARWOOD HILL, ROUTE 7A
	Development plan review of veterinary clinic.  Jim Secor stated he had added fruit trees, the thickness of the concrete and corrected the typographical error on the plan.
	Barry Horst moved and Eugene Rowley seconded to close the hearing and discuss in Deliberative Session.  
		The motion carried unanimously.

7.  OTHER BUSINESS
	No other business.

	At 7:05 p.m. Charles Copp moved and Bill Barney seconded to adjourn the meeting and go into Deliberative Session to  discuss Fauna Development LLC., 1726 Harwood Hill, Route 7A, development plan review of veterinary clinic.    
		The motion carried unanimously.
