MINUTES OF MARCH 1, 2005 Charles Copp moved and Bill Barney seconded approval of the Minutes of March 1, 2005 as written. The motion carried unanimously with Michael Brady abstaining. The meeting of March 1, 2005 was chaired by the Vice Chairman, Barry Horst. 2. READING OF WITNESS OATH Dan Monks read the Witness Oath. 3. DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST: None. 4. ALTERNATES: Richard Owens 5. WRITTEN DECISIONS: Green Mountain Senior Living LLC, 650 Main Street The Board authorized the Chair to sign the above written decision. 6. ALLEGRO ASSOCIATES, PURITAN V TRUST, LOT JUST NORTH OF 25 PERFORMANCE DRIVE Review of development plan for retail self storage facility and review of three lot subdivision. Jim Secor addressed the following items: * Traffic study. * A fence detail for the proposed decorative fence and location. * Lighting detail. * Modified color scheme. * Copy of rental agreement. * Location and number of all rental trucks and other items that will be rented. * Location of ADA ramp to parking lot. * View of site from Monument and Route 279. * Location of additional parking space for office. Ron Alderman moved and Charles Copp seconded to close the hearing and discuss in Deliberative Session. The motion carried unanimously with Richard Owens voting. 9. OTHER BUSINESS Dan Monks reminded those Board members whose terms will be expiring, to submit a letter of interest to Stuart Hurd by May 1, 2005 if they wish to continue serving on the Board. At 7:45 P.M. Barry Horst moved and Bill Barney seconded to adjourn the meeting and go into Deliberative Session to discuss Allegro Associates, Puritan V Trust, lot just north of 25 Performance Drive, review of development plan for retail self storage facility and review of three lot subdivision.
