ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Randy Maxon and Albert Ray. OTHERS PRESENT: Dan Monks - Planning Director and Recording Secretary, Christa LeBlanc 1. MINUTES OF MARCH 16, 2004 Barry Horst moved and Michael vonOuhl seconded approval of the Minutes of March 16, 2004. The motion carried unanimously 2. READING OF THE WITNESS OATH: Dan Monks read the Witness Oath. 3. DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST: None. 4. ALTERNATE VOTING MEMBERS: All members voting. 5. THE NAKED SHEEP, 423 MAIN STREET Design review of sign. Barry Horst stated there were no adverse comments from the HPC and the Application Review Panel recommends approval. Charles Copp moved and Bill Barney seconded to approve The Naked Sheep, 423 Main Street design review of sign. The motion carried unanimously. 6. BENNINGTON ACRES, LLP, 63 HANNAFORD PLAZA, ROUTE 67A Subdivision plat review of two-lot subdivision. Dan Monks stated this subject was approved several months ago and due to a filing error, the title company has asked for this to be re-approved by this Board. Barry Horst stated the Application Review Panel no adverse comments and recommends approval. Bob Burgess moved and Michael vonOuhl seconded to approve Bennington Acres, LLP, 63 Hannaford Plaza, Route 67A, subdivision plat review of two lot subdivision. The motion carried unanimously. 7. GREEN ACRES PARTNERS LP, ROUTE 67A, 24 HANNAFORD SQUARE Request for continuance. Michael vonOuhl moved and Bob Burgess seconded to approve Green Acres Partners, LP, Route 67A, 24 Hannaford Square, request for continuance. The motion carried unanimously. 8.
