ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Randy Maxon and Andrew Anderson. OTHERS PRESENT: Dan Monks - Planning Director and Recording Secretary, Christa LeBlanc 1. MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 3, 2004 Charles Copp moved and Michael vonOuhl seconded to approve the Minutes of February 3, 2004 as written. The motion carried unanimously 2. READING OF THE WITNESS OATH: Dan Monks read the Witness Oath. 3. DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST: James Jerome recused himself from #7, James Jerome, 350 Mount Anthony Road. 4. ALTERNATE VOTING MEMBERS: In the order of Randy Maxon and Andrew Anderson. 5. WRITTEN DECISIONS Bennington Motor Car Group, Inc. Catamount Glass The Board authorized the Chair to sign the above written decisions. 6. MICHAEL AND LYNN SEDGEWICK, 829 MOUNT ANTHONY ROAD Review of new dwelling in Scenic Overlay. Barry Horst stated this application presents a minimum impact of the natural elements of the site and is in accordance with 320-C2. The Application Review Panel made a determination that the proposed application will not negatively impact the view shed and recommends approval. Michael vonOuhl moved and Randy Maxon seconded the approval of Michael and Lynn Sedgewick, 829 Mount Anthony Road, review of new dwelling in Scenic Overlay. The motion carried unanimously. 7. JAMES JEROME, 350 MOUNT ANTHONY ROAD Review of garage and addition to existing dwelling in Scenic Overlay. Barry Horst stated there is natural vegetation and growth between the addition, the addition will be on a pre-existing foundation, addition is not higher than the existing structure, footprints remain the same, and this site presents no negative impact to the view shed. The Application Review Panel recommends approval. Bob Burgess moved and Michael vonOuhl seconded approval of James Jerome, 350 Mount Anthony Road, review of garage and addition to existing dwelling in Scenic Overlay. The motion carried unanimously. 8. OTHER BUSINESS * Review of new Land Use and Development Regulations. Dan Monks gave a brief overview of the information contained in the new Land Use and Development Regulations. He asked the Board to read the information and to contact him with any questions or concerns. At 7:45 P.M. Charles Copp moved and Bob Burgess seconded to adjourn meeting.
