MINUTES

NOVEMBER 4, 2003

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Michael Brady-Chair, Barry Horst, Bill Barney, Janet Thompson, Ron Alderman, Charles Copp, James Jerome, Michael vonOuhl, and Bob Burgess.

ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Albert Ray, and Randy Maxon.

OTHERS PRESENT:  Dan Monks-Planning Director, and Recording Secretary, Christa LeBlanc.

1.  MINUTES OF OCTOBER 21, 2003
	Barry Horst moved and Charles Copp seconded approval of the Minutes of October 21, 2003 
		The motion carried unanimously.

2.  READING OF THE WITNESS OATH:  Dan Monks read the Witness Oath.

3.  DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST:
	None

4.  ALTERNATE VOTING MEMBERS:  In the order of Randy Maxon, and Al Ray.

5.  MAU DISTRICT #14, MOUNT ANTHONY UNION HIGH SCHOOL, 351 PARK STREET
	Site plan review of 12' X 48' addition to Booster Building.  Barry Horst stated this project consists of removing the existing building in the back and cleaning up the area.  This addition will be added to the backside of the Booster Building and will serve the same purpose as the existing building.  Barry also stated this addition is in compliance with the existing Booster Building and the Application Review Panel recommends approval.
		James Jerome moved and Michael vonOuhl seconded to approve MAU District #14, Mount Anthony Union High School, 351 Park Street, site plan review of 12' X 48' addition to Booster Building.
	The motion carried unanimously with Randy Maxon voting.  

  OTHER BUSINESS
	Dan Monks reminded the Board the seminar on November 5, 2003, in Rutland from 9:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.

	At 7:34 P.M. James Jerome moved and Barry Horst seconded to adjourn the meeting.
   The motion carried unanimously.
