Evans' News is one of the mainstays of Main Street.
While we are primarily an office products supply store
serving the office needs of greater Bennington and the
surrounding areas, including nearby New York and
Massachusetts, we have a great deal more to offer
anyone planning a visit to Bennington.

We carry a huge selection of stuffed animals,
including Bearington and now Melissa and Doug,
both of which offer highly detailed, incredibly priced bears
and all kinds of animals including huge jungle creatures and dogs.
We also offer a full selection of Vermont maple products specializing in syrup,
candy, and pancake mix, many of which are made by award winning local
suppliers. We carry a large selection of flags, including the always popular
Bennington '76 flag in several sizes in cotton or nylon.

Evans' boasts the area's largest collection of rocks, gems and minerals displayed in glass cases for your easy viewing and selection. In addition to a small sampling that you see in this photo, there are many table top sized pieces of extraordinary quality and beauty. Supplied by a local collector, these pieces are amazingly low priced and the selection is always changing.

From refrigerator magnet to large matted and framed wall size, we have beautiful photos by Bennington native Ann J. Smith, doing business as Ann's Images. While the emphasis is on local sites, there is a rotating selection of seasonal and nature photos as well. Prices are great and they make extraordinary gifts for others or yourself!
